I have watched my husband try to get his phone fixed for the last 2 weeks. The first time he called Straight Talk they offered to send him a replacement phone. My husband declined, of course, because he depends on his phone for his business. Well, over the last 2 weeks Straight-Talk has FAILED at every attempt to fix his phone. Today he talks to a lady named "Eileen". This "Eileen" could not fix his phone AS WELL as refuse to send him a replacement phone AND REFUSED TO GIVE HIM HER BOSS'S NAME AND NUMBER or even a number to call for complaints. What we do not understand is how can they offer to send a replacement phone then tell him there is nothing they can do and can not approve a replacement phone???? Straight-Talk is HORRIBLE
